So your resume worked and its time to negotiate your salary

We often receive thanks from our clients when their resume and interview skills succeeded, and they are offered the job they were targeting. However, our advice does not stop there. Do not be afraid to negotiate your salary. Here are some pointers.

  • According to Glassdoor, 59% of workers did not negotiate the salary for their current job.

  • The same study states 52% of men will accept a salary without negotiating compared to 68% of women.

  • Forbes says many women don't negotiate their salary because they don't want to seem greedy or desperate.
